I own our marketing websites end-to-end: from user journey mapping to Webflow development to ongoing optimization.
Beyond my work on Postcard CRM, a big part of my role is designing and developing marketing websites in Webflow. My work spans the full process:

** Engagement time measures how long visitors stay on the site. We aim to ensure they fully understand the program, leading to higher-quality registrations.
This is one of our company's key programs, but most visitors don't know what it is. I designed a guided path that helps users learn about the program while giving them clear entry points to register at each step.
After two iterations, engagement time increased ~280%, and my latest version boosted conversion rate by 9.18% (current iteration still collecting data).
I designed and built this website for an external client. I worked with them to revisit their audience, proposed an audience-first structure, and created a new visual style that fits their brand while being easy to navigate and maintain.
